1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Please note: During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don’t receive it within 48 hours after dispatch, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the courier scans your package.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an error occurs, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While courier delays are beyond our control, we’ll work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
